Put in your pocket with your cupcakes。。。♬

Meditation 1:
Listen to live music outdoors.

Lean back and look up at the sky.
If the situation allows, lie down flat, but this can be done sitting on a chair too.
Breathe IN to the music.
Breathe OUT to the clouds.

Watch the clouds turn into shapes such as hearts and butterflies.
