Posting Local, Hana Summer Meditation

I love evening meditation, going outside around 7PM or now a little later as the sun goes down later, and sitting and gazing at the sky...this time of year, feels easiest not to think of anything, just to feel the softest breezes like gentle waves lapping up to me, and then to exhale as they recede back into the ripples of the moat...
Above photos courtesy of Hana, from this week`s Meditation at Hana. If you are in Oita, please stay tuned on Hana`s blog for details of next tomare meditation series (from September).... Thank you Hana for hosting and posting about it and thank you to those who were a part of this years series of Meditation Evenings at Hana. This summer I plan to do some movement training at Kripalu while in the US and look forward to see where it moves us in the meditations...

Happy summer/winter days/nights...
