Heart of Christmas

Among the hi-lights of this year for me have been bringing Shake Your Soul yoga dance (founded by Dan Leven of Life Movement) to life in Oita, with a wonderful team of open-hearted souls (how else do I say it, to thank those who trusted me and danced and made possible a year of fun events and classes!).
Our last event of this year was Heart of Christmas.  It was our second year of participating, last year we plunged in when we had just begun Shake Your Soul in Oita, and had not even had a month of classes!

A few weeks before this years event, we put up signs that we were looking for a Santa to dance with us.  And thought this year might be Santa-less but thirty minutes before the performance,  a Santa with a day job that we thought might have kept him from being able to attend showed up with his beautiful baby and wife and they made a believer out of me!!  I love that the day job had to do with working at the water works, as Shake Your Soul is about getting in touch with and connecting with the fluids (water) in our bodies.  Thank you Santa and thank you Shake Your Soul in Oita team and the Heart of Christmas event and  all who joined in and participated in body and or spirit!!

If you would like to dance a long with us, some of the hi-lights of this years events can be seen

Meanwhile I will leave off this post, most probably the last of 2012, with best wishes to all for a beautiful end-of-year and , and the lines from the song `Live in Love`..

Everything you do, everything you say, do it with love...
